This estate blue sapphire and diamond 14kt gold band could be worn as a right hand ring or worn as a beautiful wedding band.  This vintage sapphire ring has three rows of rectangular-cut dark blue sapphires.  These blue sapphire rows are divided by four vertical rows of white radiant diamonds.  This ring is mounted in 14kt yellow gold.
