This beautiful blue enamel locket has a black enamel design and a small seed pearl on the front. This locket is made using 14kt yellow gold, acid tested, not marked. This locket has a matching blue backside. This locket opens to reveal a glass compartments that may be used to store hair or photographs. The contents of this locket still include the photograph of a young girl. This old photograph demonstrates the fashion and photography of this period making this locket even more special. The exterior of this locket is in excellent condition, with only minor scratches visible using a 15x loop. The inside of this locket does have a chip, which may have been made when marking the locket. The inside glass is not the glass of today, however, it is the glass that was available during this period. This is a fantastic glimpse into the past. This antique locket measure H1 inch x W3/4 inch.
