A bright old European diamond is framed by delicate filigree in this Art Deco diamond black onyx filigree pendant.  Center stage is appx 1/5 carat of an old European diamond.  A triangular shaped black onyx adorns this delicate pendant.  White gold filigree creates a special feminine touch to this pendant.  The beauty and simplicity of black and white will always be in vogue.   This estate diamond black onyx pendant is crafted in 14kt ( 585 ) white gold.

Old European diamonds were cut in the early 1900s.  A quick look at their shape may cause them to be mistaken for an old-mine cut diamond because of their high crown and open cutlet.

This pendant appears to have originally been a tie pin that has cleverly been converted to an elegant pendant.
