RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We understand how difficult it can be to purchase items such as estate jewelry or silk bedcovers without actually handling. For this reason, we offer a money back guarantee, less actual shipping expenses or if ring resized a fee of $40.
For a refund, simply:
1.Contact Ten Two Three via email, Info@tentwothree.com within 7 days of receipt of the item you wish to return. Items must be in original condition for refund.
2. An item must be returned at the customer's expense, in the same condition as sent, by the same carrier, fully insured within 7 days of receipt.
3. Please be aware that you are liable for the full cost until we receive the item. Refunds will be given in the same method that payment was made.
4. If the above conditions are not met a refund will not be issued.

SHIPPING
We offer FREE standard or ground US shipping on purchases over $99.00USD - through September 30, 2010. For other purchases, you may select to have your package sent via USPS (United States Postal Service) or Federal Express. Special delivery requests, including rush delivery dates, may require additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Shipping prices are based on the weight of your purchase. USPS and Federal Express have a minimum 1 pound weight restriction on shipping. Multiple items may be combined for shipping. To estimate shipping expenses, please use the USPS shipping link on the check out page. If you prefer Federal Express, this may be selected on the checkout page. Please complete the shopping cart page carefully, this will also serve as your delivery slip. Items will not be shipped to a postal box address. Items shipped will require a signature for delivery purposes. Your purchase will be shipped within 2 business days of payment clearance.
USPS or FEDERAL EXPRESS TRACKING
For tracking purposes, we will provide you with your USPS or Federal Express tracking number. We have provided a USPS or Federal Express tracking link for your convenience on the tracking page.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship antique and estate jewellery internationally to Australia, Canada, The United Kingdom, France and Japan. Due to custom's regulations, restrictions, duties and delays may occur. Please inquire concerning shipment to other countries.
INSURANCE
All purchases amounts will be charged insurance fees for the purchase amount in accordance with USPS and Federal Express shipping fees.
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover. Payment is processed via PayPal, Google Payment using Google Checkout or Amazon Payments. All payments made via credit card must be shipped to the credit card holder's address.
Charges will be identified on your card statement as, KTW Enterprises.

We accept personal checks, money orders and cashier's checks, however, payment must clear our bank before we can ship your purchase. LAYAWAY PAYMENT PLAN / LAY BY PLAN
LAYAWAY NOW FOR CHRISTMAS
We are happy to offer you the convenience of making your purchase through our 120 day, no interest, Layaway Plan. We request an initial 25% deposit, followed by three additional payments. Payments will include any shipping expenses and any applicable sales tax. Full payment must be made within four months from initial payment. Any payments made are fully refundable for up to 30 days after the first payment. After 30 days, all layaway items are considered final sales and are non-refundable. For layaway option, use our first checkout button and then select LAYAWAY during the checkout process, we will then contact you for layaway specifics and we will send you an invoice for the initial payment. Initial payment will be due within 72 hours of layaway request.
WIRE TRANSFERS
We accept wire transfers for purchases. For a wire transfer payment option, please select Wire Transfer Option during checkout. We will then contact you with our bank information. Wire transfers generally take 24 hours to receive
SALES TAX
When shipped to a Texas address, sales tax of 8.25% will be charged.

RING RE-SIZING
It is our pleasure to offer complimentary ring re-sizing, with ring purchase over $400. Only for ring re-sizing (over two sizes) will we charge.
If the ring is returned, a re-sizing fee of $40 per ring will be incurred. Due to the unique nature of some rings, they may not be possible to resize. Ring re-sizing may cause delays to shipping. Please contact us regarding your questions concerning re-sizing. Never hesitate to ask if a ring may be re-sized, our repairman has been known to work miracles. Ring re-sizing must be requested at time of purchase - either by email or in comments section of check out.
GIFT WRAP
Upon request, gift wrap is available at no additional charge.
PHOTOS
Taking pictures of diamonds, gemstones and silk to be viewed on a computer screen can be challenging, based upon the monitor used. At times, diamonds, gemstones or silk may appear to be a different color or quality. Please refer to the product description for clarification, or contact us for additional photos.
