SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE standard or ground US and Canadian shipping on all purchases. For other purchases, you may select to have your package sent via Federal Express or USPS (United States Postal Service). Special delivery requests, including rush delivery dates, may require additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Shipping prices are based on the weight of your purchase. Federal Express and USPS have a minimum 1 pound weight restriction on shipping. Multiple items may be combined for shipping. If you prefer overnight service, this may be selected during checkout for the actual shipping fee. Please complete the shopping cart page carefully, this will also serve as your delivery slip. Items will not be shipped to a postal box address. Items shipped will require a signature for delivery purposes.

FEDERAL EXPRESS or USPS TRACKING
For tracking purposes, we will email you your Federal Express or USPS tracking number. We have provided a Federal Express or USPS tracking link for your convenience on the tracking page or you may login to your account to see your tracking number. Generally US shipped packages will arrive within 3 business days of shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship antique and estate jewellery internationally to Australia, Canada, The United Kingdom, France, Germany, New Zealand, Bermuda and Japan. Due to custom's regulations, restrictions, duties and delays may occur. Please inquire concerning shipment to other countries.

INSURANCE
All purchases amounts will be charged insurance fees for the purchase amount in accordance with Federal Express and USPS shipping fees.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We understand how difficult it can be to purchase estate jewelry without actually seeing the item. For this reason, we offer a money back guarantee, less actual shipping expenses for items returned within 7 days of receipt. If a returned ring has been re-sized a fee of $50.00 per gold ring, $75.00 per platinum ring or $25.00 per silver ring will be charged.

For a refund, simply:
1.Contact Ten Two Three Estate Jewelry via email, Info@tentwothree.com within 7 days of receipt of the item you wish to return. Items must be in their original condition for refund.
2. The item must be returned at the customer's expense, in the original condition as sent, by the same carrier, fully insured within 7 days of receipt.
3. Please be aware that you are liable for the full cost until we receive the item. Refunds will be given in the same method that payment was made.
4. If the above conditions are not met a refund will not be issued.

RING RE-SIZING
It is our pleasure to offer complimentary ring re-sizing for ring purchases over $400. For ring re-sizing over two sizes, a fee may be incurred, please inquire for specifics. Most all rings may be re-sized, please ask if you have questions. Ring re-sizing must be requested at time of ring purchase - either by email or in the additional comments section during the check out process. If the ring is returned, a re-sizing fee of $50.00 per gold ring, $75.00 per platinum ring or $25.00 per silver ring will be deducted from your refund.

LAYAWAY PAYMENT PLAN / LAY BY PLAN
We are happy to offer you the convenience of making your purchase through our 120 day, no interest, Layaway Plan. We request an initial 25% deposit, followed by three consecutive monthly payments. Payments will include any shipping expenses and any applicable sales tax. Full payment must be made within four months from initial payment. Any payments made are fully refundable for up to 30 days after the first payment. After 30 days, all layaway items are considered final sales and are non-refundable. For layaway option, use our first checkout button and then select LAYAWAY on the second page of the checkout process under PAYMENT METHODS. We will then contact you with layaway specifics and we will send you an invoice for the initial payment. Initial payment will be due within 72 hours of your layaway request. Layaway payments are non-transferable.

WIRE TRANSFERS
We accept wire transfers for purchases. For a wire transfer payment option, please select Wire Transfer Option during checkout. We will then contact you with our bank information. Wire transfers generally take 24 hours to receive

SALES TAX
Only for sales within Texas will a sales tax of 8.25% be charged.

Taking pictures of diamonds and gemstones to be viewed on a computer screen can be challenging, based upon the monitor used. At times, diamonds, gemstones or gold may appear to be a different color or quality. Please refer to the product description for clarification, or contact us for additional photos.

Our products are "one of a kinds" or limited editions. As we also sell directly to our customers, there may be a rare occasion when the product you desire has been sold.
