DO YOU OFFER LAY-A-WAY, LAY-BY OR JEWELRY PAYMENT PLANS?

Yes, we offer layaway. Our layaway policy may be seen on our company policy page. If you prefer, you may pay before the end of our layaway period without penalty. We will ship your purchase after final payment has been completed.

 

DO YOU SHIP ANTIQUE AND ESTATE JEWELLERY INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship antique and estate jewellery internationally to Australia, Canada, The United Kingdom, France and Japan. Due to custom's regulations, restrictions, duties and delays may occur. Please inquire concerning shipment to other countries.

 

DO YOU OFFER RING RE-SIZING?
Its our pleasure to offer complimentary ring resizing for you for ring purchases over $400. For ring re-sizing over two sizes, we may have to charge, please inquire for specifics. Most all rings may be re-sized, please ask if you have questions. Ring re-sizing must be requested at time of ring purchase - either by email or in comments section of check out. If the ring is returned a re-sizing fee of $40.00 per ring will be incurred.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept personal checks, wire transfers, money orders and no interest, layaway. American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover may be made via PayPal, Google Checkout or Amazon Payments. A PayPal account is not required.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?
Our FREE USA shipping for purchases over $99 will be sent using USPS standard mail or Federal Express ground shipping services. For expedited shipping, we offer two choices for shipping. You may select to have your package sent via USPS (United States Postal Service) or Federal Express. Special delivery requests, including rush delivery dates, may require additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Shipping prices are based on the weight of your purchase. USPS and Federal Express have a minimum 1 pound weight restriction on shipping. Multiple items may be combined for shipping. To estimate shipping expenses, please see the estimated expenses after adding a product to your shopping cart. If you prefer Federal Express, this service may be selected on the checkout page. Federal Express fees may also be viewed on the checkout page. Please complete the shopping cart page carefully, this will also serve as your delivery slip. Items will not be shipped to a postal box address. Your purchase will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?
Unless otherwise requested or indicated , your delivery should arrive within 4 to 6 business days after your payment has cleared. International shipping may have delays.

 

HOW MAY I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Your tracking number and shipping method will be sent to you. You may enter your tracking number on our tracking page to check status of your delivery.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We understand how difficult it can be to purchase items such as estate jewelry or silk bedcovers without actually handling. For this reason, we offer a money back guarantee, less shipping expenses and a $40 ring resize fee.
For a refund, simply:
1.Contact Ten Two Three via email within 7 days of receipt of the item you wish to return. Items must be in original condition for refund.
2. An item must be returned at the customer's expense, in the same condition as sent, by the same carrier, fully insured within 7 days of receipt.
3. Please be aware that you are liable for the full cost until we receive the item. Refunds will be given in the same method that payment was made.
4. If the above condition is not met a refund will not be issued.
