Open, royal lines and a lovely purple amethyst are found in this delicate filigree ring. At the core of this ring, is a round pinkish-purple amethyst measuring over 3/4 carat weight (0.85 cts). Holding the amethyst in place are four split prongs, which become part of the ring design. Two prongs slide down the sides to form wheat designs along the ring hoop, while the other two prongs drive down the center of the ring to form lacy swirls. Touching the amethyst are open golden flowers. Midway through the mounting is a rich beaded design, while hugging the finger is an elegant scalloped motif. Intricate linear designs to complete this royal, 14kt white openwork filigree design.
